Chicken Ka Chiam Ma!!

Wel..It's 4 days before akad nikah & guess what- I'm sick!!! Iboh ditanyak kenak, sbb I pun sik pasti okay~~ Mok madah sebab nebes mok nikah Jemat tok, sik kan la nak sebab bukan ada majlis pun, just simple lunch reception at his house jerrr huahuahua.  SO kesimpulan i adalah, I dapat simptom2 stage fright- am hypersensitive, having a real bad headache (tension maybe? I dunno), body ache (windy body-camya ka mok madah bdn penoh angin ahaha) & disoriented most of the time. Ohh myyyy, iboh I pengsan masa sanding udah. I riso I nangis sik bersebab atas ya kelak, nasib la sikda 'live' broadcast kt dinding...
Wahhh..jaoh dah lari dari topik asal. Ok, berbalik kepada resepi ayam ka chiam ma. Sedikit info k. Ka chiam ma is a chinese dish (etnik apa, I'm not sure). Itis very good to expel wind from the body simply because it uses a lot, i really mean a looooooooottttttttt of ginger & garlic (i love these). In my family, this is a must have dish masa berpantang...
Jumm tengok bahan:

Ok. So bahan-bahan are Ginger, Garlic, Ka Chiam Ma leaves. Nampak ada Planta kan? Resepi ni tak guna any oil at all, but I gedik nak bagi wangi so I guna 1/2 teaspoon of Planta. Also, ada Ribena kat situ - ini pun I gedik. Biasa nya guna sedikit air biasa je, but I want it to be sweet, so I substitute dengan Ribena. Fusion sangattt kannn?? (sesuka hati I je modify resepi).

Ni pula adalah rupa daun Ka Chiam Ma yang dalam packing. Murah jer, RM2 1 packet & the smell is wangiii la sangat!!!

Cara memasak:

1. Panaskan/ Hangatkan daun ka chiam ma dalam kuali. (without oil) Guna api kecik, takut hangus lak daun tu. Agak-agak dah kuar bau wangi, alihkan.
2. Ulang 1 untuk ginger & garlic (ditumbuk) tapi tek perlu alihkan. Dah wangi tu masukkan ayam & gaul rata. Biarkan sebentar.
3. Masukkan daun ka chiam ma & air ribena. Air tu sikit je, bukan macam nak buat kuah...
4. Masak sampai air hampir kering.
5. Makannn!!!

Battle of WANT!

Going with the flow...the battle is nearing the end. I'd like to congratulate myself! -clap clap clap-

For: 

• trying to fight for things that are not mine to begin with
• getting more plasters 
• wanting something that is already acknowledged as mission impossible
• getting puffy, swelling eye(bag) 
• successfully suppressing my wants 
• smiling till the end (InsyaAllah-someone have to give in,right?)

At time (most times), all I wanted is just a show of appreciation that I too, am a part of this (just a stalk of my favourite flower would do just fine. I am a women,after all, & I do love those cheesy things) As time goes by, I learn my place, I learn to keep quite, I learn to talk about distracting things & do things to keep my mind off...

I know I will need to learn more in the future, InsyaAllah, I will do my very best. I want this to last this time, regardless of anything, well except, THAT 1 thing (I'll keep it to myself). 

Gaun Nikah~~~

Post sebelum ni konon kata nak share doorgift kan? Ahaha malas indah mok ngapture gmbr malam2..InsyaAllah, KIV dulu la yerr~~~lgpun tak siap 100% lg bakul tu. Siap nanti I upload..
So...majlis tinggal 3 weeks to go!! Ohh my..I bz dgn menyulam & memanikkan dress nikah. Almaklum la, dress tu di jahit aunty I..so takde la renda,sulam, manik bagai. Terpaksa kerah otak i cari kreativiti & bakat terpendam. Nasib dulu pernah ikut kursus jahit2 ni,Alhamdulillah ada la juga ilmu yang tak seberapa..
Right! Soo jum sneak peek baju I~~~

Aktiviti menjahit renda tepi~~~

1/2 Siap! Nak tengok yang 100% kena la tunggu hari pernikahan I~

So..Siap la jahitan border lace. Lepas jahit sendiri, baru terasa memang berbaloi-baloi baju yang jual kat pasar (kedai ye, bukan pasar basah tempat jual ikan ya!) rega nya sampai beratus2..Mahal kot border lace ya! Yang I beli tok RM 16.90 p/meter (border lace bunga kecik), sebab dress I ni bertingkek-tingkek, so beli 5 meter atas nasihat & saranan aunty a.k.a tailor I. Yang lace bunga besar dalam gambar 2nd tu, semeter RM36 (mok pengsan I kt Fah Company lepas cashier key in rega hahaha)..Belum lagi labuci & pearl untuk hiasan di dada (walaupun I bertudung, gedik jugak nak berhiasan kat dada kan? haha). 

So kat sini nak promote aunty I la...Bagi yang di sekitar Kuching & nak buat wedding dress/ baju nikah lelaki & perempuan, boleh contact I kt blog ni yer. Nanti I pass uolls number aunty I - rmh dia kt Matang, so uolls boleh la jumpa dia secara personal & discuss design yang uolls nak. Harga memang berpatutan, sangat murah berbanding tailor lain yang I jumpa. Tapi aunty I tak buat lace, manik etc etc~~yang tu uolls boleh la jumpa I. Nanti kita bincang tahap komplikasi semua tu untuk kepuasan uolls.

Hehe kembali setelah 7 bulan menyepi...Mak bz jahh!

• Gigih anyam bakul utk wedding favours
• Gigih mencari bridal
• Gigih menyiapkan research -I plan nak apply naik pangkat u olls (Aminnn...)
• Gigih design baju nikah~~ awww
• Gigih siapkan proposal utk sambung Masters...
• Gigih bt presentation -juga utk naik pangkat hikhik
• Gigih conduct lecture (Sabtu juga okayss- extra $ utk W-day)
• Gigih kemas apartment
• Etc etc all about W-day

Anyways...ni just menjenguk ngupdate kejap2 jak. Dah deactivate FB so rasa nak mula balik jak blogging setelah kurang aktif. Nak mantain blog education 1, personal 1. Ilmu yg ada harus dikongsi, bena sik?

Clash of Bidayuh & Malay~~~

Assalamualaikum...

Kepenatan berkejaran utk abiskan (memulakan sebenarnya) tugasan utk semester baru. Ohh dah dapat jadual waktu mengajar baru . Ternyata masih lg bertahan mengajar Jbtn Kjuruteraan Petrokimia, J. Kejuruteraan Awam & tambahan J. Perdagangan. Ada la pula kena ajar P.Moral...mmg confius lg la sem ni nnt. Keluar kelas BI, masuk lak kelas PM. Heh..dah la BM berkarat nk ngajar dlm BM huhuhuhu...

Anyway..WeDinG UpDatE!!

Yesterday g nangga wedding invitation... G nangga kt Banana Greetings..nang kacak! Quotation price sidak ngan I , above 100pc RM1.60 utk custom made card. Dibah dr ya, rasa nya lam RM2 kali (Lupak juak I). Printing time sik lamak. Sbb I pake custom made card, so I ada ngkah gmbr. Jadi, I perlu anta gamba ngan cdak k email, then sidak akan tlg match colour and design a few design so dapat pilih ne sigek nok berkenan kt ati. (sejujurnya I ok jak, as long as sik pink) Erkk.. Anyway, printing time kejap jak..lam 3 hari leh siap cdak madah. Agak terkejut la sidak nangga tarikh kad ya next year hehehehee..I malas mok polah kerja last minute bah, cepat siap, cepat senang. hehehhehe...So card tunggu confirmation gik..Kira 50% settle lah..

Ohh sik lamak gik saat yang mendebarkan..hikhik rs bahagia dalam nebes...hehe

So bermula la planning secara serius. But seriously, mmg I tensed. Sebab byk planning mok di polah, especially gik bila clash of budaya camtok. My dad want like this, his parents want like that, we want like this...nahhh suma clash of WANTSSS...ehhe sikhal, sapa yg over the top planning, nya la spon lebih hikhikhik... :p

Atur cara majlis pun fening...Mun Bidayuh, ada after party hehehe even mun pengantin ya dah balik, party ttp berjalan. Ya dikira mcm 1 type of entertainment bagi guest yang datang dari jauh. Kira mcm tetamu respek & datang sbb diberi jemputan, so in term of respecting their effort, an after party is presented for them to make it as a memorable night. & in Bidayuh, mmg akan pakai Live Band! Ya kemestian (family kmk org laaa) hehehe...So sik kira la majlis dalam dewan or hotel or kt rumah, Live Band tetap akan menghiburkan tetamu. The sounds give you adrenalin rush so bad so want to twist & turn on the dance floor hehehehe...

So, akhir kata...tungguuu~~~ Next entry, Door Gift! ya pun, mun jak I dh polah hehehehe~~~

Kad or no card?

Assalamualaikum..
Ohh fanas na aritok ehh...dah I posa. Dari pagi td I kepak mengemas rumah, redecorate bilit tdo I & adik I, & last is nyuci akuarium (dh berkarat dah dlm nya bok mok cuci huhuhu-ada d sumpah guppy klk I tok :p )
Anyway....I tok tgh berfikir ttg kad kawen... I mok kad yg simple jak design nya. Terus bermula lah episod bertanya & memeningkan kepala Pak CIk Google....Search punya search..akhirnya nya temu juak yan di idam hati..Contoh adalah seperti di bawah:

Actually, I just plan mok kad yang simple mimple, one piece (x mok berlipat2,bazir jak), & sik komplikated. 2nd card ya nang menarik bg I, sbb nya ada tab RSVP. Oh..sesiapa yang pergi, sila kembalikan tab RSVP anda kepada wakil kerja ....nahh senang kerja kan? dapat juak allocate table untuk hadirin kelak..

Now, cakap pasal hadirin. I terculture shock la riya. Ada member I polah majlis, alu nya nyeruk la cdak rah opis through outlook jak. Tetapi rami yang sik dapat g coz jauh glak nya molah d Cbo nun. Cun juak masa ya urang gago bergawai (termasuk I :p )... Lepas ya terdengar la desas desus yang certain urang sik pergi sbb anggap tindakan pngantin sik merik actual card sebagai rude or sambil lewa...I pun macam heh?! Dari cya alu I mula la kedekut mok molah kad kacak2. D seruk k outlook, fb or online kelak d mdh sik ikhlas, d berik kad kelak alu d buang2 pya jak kad ya lps majlis. Hen]h! Mensia jaman nektok macham2 perangei jak cdak nya. Malas I mok ambik port gilak. 

Sigek gik la I terculture shock...suma mesti d berik card, termasuk beradik bapak/mak,bestfren,jiran sblh rmh etc2... Mun family I tek, I berik kad alu kecik ati jak cdak. Dalam family circle kmkorg tok, mun terima kad bermaksud yg d jemput ya hanya kenalan or bau2 bacang jak dgn pengantin/keluarga pengantin. Tp kes tok sik dpt d pake dah dgn family urang lain hehhehee...pecoma d mdh sik ekhlas kelak...

Y jak la poret I ritok...Mok bersiap lok.kelak Mr bakal husband mok jemout g sungke sama2! (wink wink)
